"Purchased tickets for the Austin cinema (Domain location) via app for one of their last showing and they canceled the showing without notification and we found out about it when we got there. The cinema was closed when we got there and we only got in because there were still some people playing pool who let us in. Refund wasn't issued until requested. This was our first time going to this place and I expected better for this company. There should be a notification alert within the app or cal"

"The past 2 weeks when I go to sign in it keeps saying wrong password so I select the reset password option. It says they've sent an email with reset link...no email at all after multiple attempts..I thought maybe it was because I wasn't already registered with them so I tried selecting "join now" but after entering my info it says my email and phone number are already on file..🤦🏽♀️ Couldn't get any help on the phone either...😠"
